• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring demands within IT services (AMC, deputation, infrastructure, project-based hiring, etc.).
• Partner with business stakeholders and delivery managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
• Drive volume, niche, and leadership hiring as per business needs.
• Manage vendor partners, job portals, and recruitment agencies for sourcing.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, etc.).
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
• Prepare and present weekly / monthly recruitment dashboards and hiring status reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and client SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvements in TA processes, tools, and technology adoption (ATS / HRMS).
• Oversee offer management, candidate engagement, and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain strong employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the IT services sector.
