Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Wellness Manager, based on-site at our Gurugram facility. The Wellness Manager will oversee and implement wellness programs tailored to resident needs, manage health and wellness initiatives, and ensure a high quality of life for all community members. The role involves coordinating healthcare services, promoting resident engagement, managing budgets related to wellness programs, and overseeing a team of caregivers and support staff. Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and their families is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Health & Wellness and Employee Wellness program management
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Budgeting and resource allocation related to wellness initiatives
• Ability to lead a team and ensure effective delivery of holistic care and wellness services
• Relevant qualifications in healthcare, wellness management, or a related field
• Experience working with senior citizens, particularly in a residential care or assisted living setting, is an advantage
