Azure Architect - IAC Terraform

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Azure Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of our cloud infrastructure and solutions on Microsoft Azure.

You will be responsible for crafting scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures that align with business goals, ensuring smooth migration and integration of enterprise workloads to Azure.

As an Azure Architect, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and operations to define cloud strategies, select appropriate technologies, and enforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure services including compute, storage, networking, security, and monitoring.
• Develop Azure architecture blueprints, reference architectures, and governance frameworks aligned with enterprise standards.
• Drive cloud adoption and migration strategies, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and cloud-native solutions.
• Architect scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructures using Azure services such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, and more.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
• Define and implement security best practices including identity and access management (Azure AD), encryption, network security groups, and compliance controls.
• Oversee monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks leveraging Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance to cloud engineers and stakeholders.
• Evaluate new Azure services and tools to continuously improve cloud architecture and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure and application issues.
• Ensure solutions comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
