Job Description : Inside Sales Specialist (Interns or Freshers)
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying potential clients, creating tailored outreach strategies, and initiating conversations with key decision-makers. This role demands a strong understanding of our core competencies, excellent research and communication skills, and the ability to set up opportunities for technical discussions with prospects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Research and Identification :
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients based on predefined criteria such as industry, revenue, geography, and company size.
- Develop and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for various services and solutions.
1. Outreach Strategy Development :
Create compelling and customized pitches for emails, calls, and LinkedIn tailored to specific decision-makers (e.g., Directors, Program Managers, Head, etc.)1. Lead Generation and Nurturing :
Identify and engage with potential leads using CRM tools, databases, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Schedule and conduct initial calls to introduce the company’s expertise and offerings, ensuring alignment with client needs.1. Pipeline Development :
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by generating and qualifying leads.Ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to the technical or account management teams for further discussions.1. Relationship Building :
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to nurture trust and understanding.Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing them with relevant information about the company’s services.1. Performance Tracking and Reporting :
Track outreach activities, conversion rates, and other key metrics to optimize the sales process.Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on outreach performance and market trends.Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in IT services or SaaS.Strong research skills to identify potential clients and decision-makers.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools.Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to engage with senior decision-makers.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Preferred Experience
Familiarity with IT services, including Web and Mobile App Development, AEM, Magento, Shopify, Drupal, AI / ML, Digital Marketing, Engineering Services, and Automation Testing.Experience working with clients in diverse industries and geographies.What We Offer
