Job descriptionAnticipate potential bottlenecks and propose effective solutions to clients or production teams in advance. Communicate project requirements clearly and on time to team members and stakeholders; Collaborate with domain and technical leads to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Liaise with project stakeholders regularly to ensure alignment and progress. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team promptly. Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirement documents, and presentations. Define project success criteria and ensure they are communicated across all stakeholders throughout the project life cycle. Develop and implement best practices and tools for effective project execution and management. Support continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes Education : Graduate & Post Graduate with MBA Work environment : Willingness to work in a Global Working Model Good knowledge on MLR Process and Veeva Vault PromoMats Good in communication Ability to operate comfortably in a multitask / multi-priority environment Should be a self-starter and capable of operating on minimal management oversight Ability to work under pressure to meet agreed deadlines Passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive results Experience in Power BI or some other analytical tool Passion for healthcare and life science industry Ability to connect the dots and solve problems Ability to strategically manage and communicate with stakeholders Drive and ambition to continuously learn and grow Drive results in an ambiguous and uncertain environment Take decisions based on facts and data
Hybrid (Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai / Delhi / Hyderabad)
Mandatory Skill- Project Management experience with Veeva Vault / MLR and PromoMats , along with proficiency in Power BI and Excel .
