ABOUT THE ROLE

The Curriculum Development Manager helps us achieve this mission by designing world-class curriculum, assessments and lesson plans that meet the needs of affordable schools in all parts of India. We are looking for highly competent professionals who are excited by the idea of democratizing quality teaching tools and techniques to students and teachers in APS

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and review subjects‐specific, error‐free student course books, workbooks, differentiated worksheets, lesson plans, audiovisual content, and other teaching‐learning materials that work well in schools with limited resources.
• Research best practices—both global and local—and innovate new methods to enhance learning outcomes in LEAD partner schools.
• Develop content for at least two distinct products under the same subject umbrella, ensuring conceptual coherence and a consistent pedagogical approach across products.
