Interview Venue : Tata Consultancy Services, Plot-35, Kalinga Park Unit I, IT / Ites, SEZ, Chandaka Industrial Estate, Khordha,Bhubaneswar , Odisha .

Job Description : Must-Have :

• Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Mobile App, Virtual Agent).
• Build ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, Web Services (XML).
• Perform unit, integration, performance, and user-acceptance testing.
• Create SQL and LDAP queries; work with Oracle / MySQL / AD.
• Apply Agile / Scrum, ITIL standards, and SDLC practices.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required.
• Behavioral & Additional Skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Provide inputs during planning and retrospectives.
• Preferred : ServiceNow Implementation Sp
