Strong leadership and goal-setting abilities. Analytical mindset with an MBA in Marketing or related field. Experience in IPO processes
Responsibilities :
- Develop branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Analyze consumer behavior and identify new market opportunities.
- Create hiring plans and monitor competition.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness.
- Contribute to company goal planning and IPO strategies.
- Manage Marketing department budgets Graduation / MBA
- 5 to 6 years of experience
