Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment Support : Assist in job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.

Employee Engagement : Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities.

HR Administration : Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.

Onboarding Assistance : Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.

Training Coordination : Assist in organizing training sessions and maintaining training schedules.

HR Reports : Prepare and analyze HR metrics and generate reports for decision-making.

Event Coordination : Help plan and coordinate internal HR events and initiatives.

Compliance Assistance : Ensure HR processes align with company policies and legal requirements.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with HR team members on various projects and assignments.

Qualifications :

Currently pursuing an MBA or BBA with a focus on Human Resources or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
