What You’ll Achieve :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8-10 engineers, guiding development efforts and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Oversee the management of the team backlog, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate project logistics, optimize resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement in processes and codebase maintainability.
• Foster an environment that demonstrates each engineer's strengths while addressing areas for growth.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical partners.
• Advocate for software engineering standard processes, including test automation and code quality.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure alignment to established coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with other team leads and departments to achieve shared objectives.

This position is responsible for managing a team of 8-10 engineers, development, implementation and maintenance of Open Source based applications and components for the automotive marketing platform. This includes designing, developing, testing, analyzing and maintaining new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements.
