Job Summary :

Responsible for overseeing the overall operations, financial performance, and team management at Dave & Buster’s India, ensuring a seamless and engaging guest experience aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily F&B, arcade, and guest operations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Maintain brand standards for service, hygiene, safety, and facility upkeep.

2. Financial Performance

  • Drive revenue growth, monitor budgets, and control operating costs.
  • Analyze financial reports to ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets.
  • 3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, train, and motivate departmental heads and frontline teams.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and engagement.
  • 4. Guest Experience

  • Ensure consistent delivery of superior guest service across all areas.
  • Address escalated guest concerns promptly and implement feedback-based improvements.
  • 5. Marketing & Business Development

  • Support promotional events, partnerships, and campaigns to boost footfall.
  • Identify new business opportunities and local tie-ups for revenue enhancement.
  • 6. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, brand SOPs, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain valid licenses and readiness for internal and external audits.
  • 7. Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit periodic operational and financial performance reports to management.
  • Coordinate with corporate and brand teams for alignment on goals and standards.
  • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10–15 years’ experience in hospitality, F&B, or entertainment industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
