Freelance Python Developer

Looking for a Freelance Python Developer to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ yrs. of experience.

You will report into IIT'ans / BITS grads with 10+ years of development experience + work with F500 companies (our customers).

Company Background - We are a multinational software company that is growing at a fast pace. We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q2 2025.

Must have skills :

Python Strong proficiency in writing clean and efficient code

Postgresql – Hands-on experience in building and maintaining PHP applications

Flask or FastAPI – Experience in building RESTful APIs

SQL & NoSQL – Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (e.g., MongoDB)

Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) – Solid understanding and application in problem-solvin

LLM APIs, vector databases, and search technologies (Elasticsearch, Pinecone, Weaviate).

Good-to-Have Skills :

Docker – Containerization and deployment experience

Kubernetes – Exposure to orchestration and cluster management

JavaScript – Basic understanding of frontend development and interaction with backend APIs

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and PHP

Integrate databases and manage data efficiently using SQL and NoSQL systems

Write reusable, testable, and efficient code

Collaborate with frontend developers and DevOps teams for seamless product delivery

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development processes
