Job descriptionOversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top talent. Implement succession planning and talent pipeline development. Manage performance appraisal systems and career development programs. Build a positive work culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives. Address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry standards. Oversee audits and HR documentation. Create and execute training programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities. Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Design and manage competitive compensation structures and incentive programs. Ensure timely payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). Benchmark compensation practices with industry standards. Oversee HRMS, data management, and HR analytics for informed decision-making. Monitor workforce metrics (attrition, absenteeism, productivity). Drive automation and digitization of HR processes. Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Factories Act, Shops & Establishments, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Pollution Control Board, Maternity Benefit, POSH Act, and other applicable labour laws. Maintain registers, submit statutory returns, and handle inspections / liaison with authorities. Update and implement HR policies and SOPs as per legal requirements. Conduct periodic reviews to identify gaps in compliance and recommend corrective actions. Support management in risk mitigation related to HR and statutory compliance. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 18–22 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role. Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices. Proven ability to lead HR transformation initiatives. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Strong analytical ability and data-driven mindset.

About the Role
The HR Head will lead and manage the overall Human Resources function at Renaatus. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, implementing best HR practices, and driving initiatives that foster a high-performance, compliant, and employee-friendly culture.
