Job description5+ years of Workday experience (Integrations + HCM) . Strong hands-on experience with reports, calculated fields, security, and integrations. Experience with ERP or third-party integrations. Workday Pro (Integrations / HCM) preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Hiring : Business System Analyst – Workday Integrations
Location : Pune / Hyderabad / Hybrid
Experience : 6+ Years (5+ Years in Workday Integrations)
Shift : Open for shifts (mainly 2nd shift)
Notice Period : Early joiners preferred
Type : Full-Time
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business System Analyst specializing in Workday Integrations. The role involves configuring Workday HCM modules, building and maintaining integrations, supporting production processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Workday HCM modules and business processes.
- Develop and troubleshoot integrations (EIBs, Studio, Connectors, XSLT, Reports).
- Prepare functional specs and support testing activities.
- Support production issues and system upgrades.
- Work with IT and business stakeholders to optimize processes.
