About the Role

As a Finance Analyst, you'll support our capital markets, strategy, and executive team in evaluating financial opportunities, structuring deals, and managing investor materials. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to grow their finance skills while playing a meaningful role in shaping capital strategy and investor engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Research financial markets including venture capital, private credit, and real estate investment structures
  • Assist in preparing investor presentations, data rooms, and financial due diligence materials
  • Analyze financial statements, HEI portfolio performance, and unit economics
  • Build and maintain financial models (valuation, forecasting, cash flow analysis)
  • Track industry benchmarks, investor preferences, and macroeconomic trends
  • Support capital raise efforts by coordinating with investors and legal partners
  • Prepare regular internal dashboards and reporting packages for leadership

What We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong analytical mindset and foundational understanding of financial concepts
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with PowerPoint, Notion, or Airtable is a plus
  • Curiosity about investment structures, equity, and debt products
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights

  • Internship or project experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or real estate
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or financial modeling tools
  • Knowledge of the home equity investment (HEI) space or fintech sector
  • Experience preparing pitch decks or financial packages for investors
