We're looking for a Brand Strategist who blends creativity with structure — someone who can think big, plan sharp, and ensure that every piece of work aligns with the brand vision and quality standards.
Role Overview
As a Brand Strategist , you'll be responsible for developing brand positioning, communication strategies, and campaign roadmaps for our clients. You'll collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all channels — and maintain a QC eye to make sure each deliverable meets our strategic and aesthetic benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand strategies, positioning, and messaging frameworks for clients.
- Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to uncover insights.
- Collaborate with design, content, and media teams to translate strategies into creative executions.
- Build campaign plans, brand calendars, and communication guidelines.
- Audit and refine ongoing campaigns to maintain strategic alignment and consistency.
- Perform light quality checks (QC) on key deliverables — ensuring brand tone, design, and content are consistent with strategy.
- Participate in client presentations, pitches, and brand review sessions.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or marketing communications.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and consumer psychology.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to think conceptually while staying detail-oriented.Basic understanding of QC parameters — attention to tone, grammar, layout, and visual consistency.Prior experience in an agency setup is preferred.Why Join Sage Media
