Position Overview

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare operations, therapy coordination and data-driven decision-making. The Sales & Operations Executive will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic and supporting families throughout their care journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel parents on child development consultations and therapy services.
• Follow up with leads to drive conversions and gather feedback.
• Manage therapy schedules and ensure timely completion of sessions.
• Support onboarding of new patients and guide them through clinic processes.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to aid operational decisions.
• Coordinate with therapy and clinical teams for seamless service delivery.
• Ensure efficient clinic workflows and deliver an excellent customer experience.
