Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing the entire attendance process
• Coordination with Cross functional team for the timely close of Attendance.
• MIS related to Attendance Report
• Creating and publishing employee schedules.
• Recording shift start and end times (punch in and punch out)
• Calculating Paid Days, Leave Reversal / Arrear Days for payroll.
• Must have worked on SAP .
