Title : Graphic / Visual Design Intern (Internship + PPO based on performance post 6 months)

Location : Hyderabad (WFO - Hybrid work)

Duration : 6 months

Level of Experience : 3-6 months of experience

Employment Type : Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities of the Intern :

Design & Visual Craft :

Create high-quality carousels, thumbnails, infographics, and social assets that stop the scroll and drive engagement.

Brand Consistency :

Apply Techolution’s brand guidelines across daily creative outputs, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.

Create storyboards and visual concepts for video editors and campaign storytelling

Layout & Typography :

Build clean, readable, and well-structured compositions optimized for digital and mobile screens.

Asset Creation :

Design crisp icons, illustrations, and visual components for dashboards, websites, and campaigns.

Rapid Prototyping :

Use Figma for fast iteration, auto-layout, and reusable design components.

Motion-Ready Visuals :

Prepare layered and organized files for animation handoff.

Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to visualize ideas and bring campaigns to life.

Requirements :

Recently completed a degree in

Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design , or a related field.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects)

and basic knowledge of

figma .

Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work, with an emphasis on social media content.

Knowledge of

typography, color theory,

and

layout principles .

Good understanding of

video editing techniques

and

motion graphics .

Flexible and open to constructive feedback to continuously improve skills and performance.
