SAP HCM End User Trainer

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with Strong expertise in Core HCM modules.

Job description :

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, Payroll).

Strong experience in Saudi Payroll configuration and processing (mandatory).

Knowledge of Saudi labor law, social insurance (GOSI), end of service benefits, and statutory reporting.

Experience in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage type configuration, and payroll driver.

Familiarity with SAP integrations between HCM and Finance (FI / CO).

Configure, support, and maintain Core SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.

Implement and support Saudi Arabia Payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.

Work closely with HR teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP system configurations.

Handle payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll driver adjustments specific to Saudi localization.

Manage integrations between Payroll, Finance, and Time Management modules.

Perform system testing, user training, and documentation for implemented solutions.

Provide day-to-day support for HR operations, payroll runs, month-end, and year-end activities.

Ensure accurate processing of employee master data, wage types, deductions, and statutory calculations.

Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and system performance.
