Who Should Apply?

This is an exclusive opportunity for professionals who have :

Proven franchise sales experience (20+ franchise units sold during career).

Expertise in franchise consulting, franchisee management, and channel sales development .

Background in dealer / distributor appointments, franchise management, or channel partner development .

Preferably worked with multiple brand franchise sales in previous roles.

Other qualifications and degrees take a backseat— your franchise sales record is what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

Strategically represent and sell franchising opportunities across multiple sectors.

Serve as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs in franchisee selection, franchise agreements, and entrepreneurship development .

Facilitate negotiations and close deals virtually—across Indian states—without travel.

Build long-term client relationships, driving repeat business and brand expansion.

Maintain detailed lead and sales records using Microsoft Excel.

Collaborate with the FranchiseBAZAR team to enhance sales strategy and execution.

You Bring

Minimum 2+ years of proven franchise sales success (20+ units closed).

Strong skills in consultative selling, franchise consulting, and negotiation .

Ability to handle master franchising, channel sales, and franchisee management .

Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for revenue generation.

Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory).

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Commerce, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory).

Competitive package of ₹12 LPA (60% fixed + 40% performance-linked incentives) .

6-month probation , after which fixed pay will increase to 80%+ based on revenue generated.
