As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting mission-critical systems, mentoring engineers, and ensuring robust, secure, and scalable backend infrastructure for millions of concurrent players.

Responsibilities :

• Architect and design scalable backend systems capable of handling real-time data and high traffic.
• Build and secure microservices with industry best practices in encryption, authentication, and data protection.
• Apply expertise in parallel computing to improve performance, thread safety, and concurrency handling.
• Drive seamless service deployment and orchestration using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Lead architectural decision-making and evaluate multiple frameworks, tools, and technologies for optimal fit.
• Own technical metrics, track system performance, and ensure continual optimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues, ensure system resilience, and deliver zero-downtime releases.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior team members through code reviews, architectural discussions, and best practices.
• Stay updated with evolving backend technologies, security protocols, and system design innovations.
