FIS Managed IT group provides support and implementation solutions to customers throughout the U.S. Our engineers work to provide support, design solutions, hardware systems, and provide top-tier customer service.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assists with recommending, scheduling and implementing system hardware and / or software upgrades or repairs
• Must be able to propose and implement systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the systems
• Must be able to install and maintain software
• Experience in Large enterprise VMware infrastructures 1000+ VMs
• Must have knowledge and experience in VMWare and virtual infrastructures
• Must be able to troubleshoot VMware-ESX related incidents
• Must be able to Patch and maintain ESX host servers
• Must have extensive knowledge on Windows and Citrix PVS servers
• Must have knowledge working on Azure, M365 and Exchange
• Meeting SLA / KPI targets consistently
• Liaison with vendors for the technical issues / escalations
• Work in shifts, including UK / US shifts and participate in OnCall rotation including Weekends to cover 24 / 7 operations when needed
• Documentation & Operational performance reporting
