Must-Have Skills
- End-to-end Clinical Data Management : Start-up, conduct, and close-out phases

As a Data Team Lead (DTL) , you will manage the delivery of clinical data management services across one or more projects. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding data deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. You will provide leadership, technical guidance, and direction to the internal CDM team, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Team Leadership
Lead cross-functional data management activities across the full data lifecycle : startup, conduct, and closeout.Ensure team compliance with protocols, GCP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.Work with the Data Operations Coordinator and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality.Serve as a senior escalation point for data issues, coordinating with vendors and clients as needed.Assign appropriate resources to projects in collaboration with functional managers.Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as main point of contact for client data managers on deliverables and ongoing expectations.Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.Represent the data management team in project and client meetings.Financial & Scope Management
Support budget oversight and ensure adherence to scope.Track out-of-scope tasks, support change order documentation , and collaborate on contract amendments.Review and act on financial reports and participate in financial planning and reviews.Quality & Process Optimization
Implement and maintain a proactive Quality Management Plan .Monitor and track key performance indicators.Identify risks, compliance issues, and efficiency improvement opportunities.Contribute to the development of new tools and technologies in CDM.Documentation & Compliance
Review and sign-off on key project documents, including Data Management Plans (DMPs) .Ensure proper use of internal tracking systems and project documentation.Maintain regulatory compliance across all CDM tasks.Professional Attributes
