✨ About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team at Incubex. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, source top talent, and ensure a seamless hiring experience that supports our company’s vision and rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and Scheduling with the managers.
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), internal databases, referrals, and campus drives.
  • Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract the right talent.
  • Conduct detailed HR interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and compensation expectations.
  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Negotiate offers and coordinating with HR operation team for smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and provide weekly / monthly hiring updates.
  • Stay informed about hiring trends in the coworking, real estate, and facility management sectors.

Required Skills :

  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
  • Excellent sourcing and screening techniques.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in real estate, coworking, or facility management domains.
  • Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical positions is a plus.
