We’re expanding our team to scale our commercial growth through innovative advertising partnerships. Key Responsibilities : 1. Business Development & Revenue Generation : Drive advertising revenue for Republic TV’s linear channels by identifying and acquiring new clients across sectors. Grow business from existing accounts through up-selling, cross-selling, and customized media solutions. 2. Client & Agency Management : Build strong relationships with key media agencies and direct clients. Collaborate with agency planners / buyers and brand managers to create effective and innovative ad campaigns. 3. Sales Strategy & Planning : Create account-level sales strategies and implement them to meet or exceed revenue targets. Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and identify growth opportunities. 4. Campaign Execution & Coordination : Work closely with internal teams – Programming, Traffic, Operations, and Creative – to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Monitor performance, track deliverables, and ensure high client satisfaction. Key Requirements : - 5–7 years of relevant experience in Media Ad Sales, preferably with exposure to Linear Television.
