Alumni Relations Coordinator

SSPU is seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Alumni Coordinator who is passionate about building strong alumni communities and fostering meaningful engagement between alumni, students, and the university. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in alumni relations or student engagement, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for networking, community building, and supporting young professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Alumni Engagement & Relationship Building

• Maintain and grow strong relationships with SSPU alumni across programs and graduation years.
• Coordinate alumni networking events, reunions, mentorship sessions, and special initiatives.
• Create opportunities for alumni to contribute through talks, career guidance, internships, and collaborations.

Collaboration

Required Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree preferred.
