What You'll Do on a Typical Day :

• Support the client with Marketing Communications through digital events by providing services in : client engagement, reporting, campaign setup and communication, webinars, telemarketing, etc.
• Build and handle critical path for the event(s) including key dates internally and externally.
• Develop, design and handle all aspects of the program that includes digital elements.
• Liaising with the marketing and sales teams to discuss abstract submission, along with their deadlines.
• Creating events on digital platforms such as ON24, etc. You need to be digitally sound to work on multiple technologies.
• Host webinars as and when scheduled, and provide technical assistance to the presenters and audience.
• Create and share post webinar data with the stakeholders to showcase the performance.
• Assisting the stakeholders with registration analysis (trend and source).
• Attending de-brief calls after the webinars to discuss and share the findings.
• Conducting test-run / dry-run before the webinar to go over the various the technical aspects
• Meet all deliverables and SLA's, both internally and externally
• Understand and be compliant with all American Express policies.
