Recruiter (Technical)

We are seeking a results-oriented Technical Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and effective stakeholder management. Work Location : - Madhapur, Hyderabad, India

Work Mode : - Onsite 5 days from Client Office

Specific Needs : - Candidate with Minimum 6 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment.

Lead end-to-end recruitment process : Conduct job scope meetings, develop sourcing strategies, and utilize various channels (ATS, databases, networking sites) to find and engage qualified candidates.

Evaluate and assess candidates : Conduct phone interviews, review qualifications, and prepare candidates for interviews. Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate with candidates.

Ensure service excellence : Adhere to compliance standards, maintain talent pipelines, and provide regular reporting on recruitment activities. Communicate proactively with stakeholders and offer consultative solutions to recruitment challenges.

Act as a brand ambassador : Deliver exceptional talent while providing timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle.

Serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.
