Required Job Skills & Competencies :

Strong knowledge of spring steel grades (e.g., 65Si7, EN42J, SAE 9254) and their forming behaviour.

Proficiency in hot and cold bending techniques including induction heating, press bending, and roll forming.

Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Catia, UG Nx ) for design.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., EN10270, ASTM A228) and internal quality protocols.

Conduct metallurgical analysis and mechanical testing (tensile, hardness, fatigue) on spring steel grades.

Creation of detailed 2D drawings with welding symbols, material specs, and fastening torque values.

Creation of complex geometries for rail profiles, brackets, and protective housings.

Use of lofted bends, sweeps, and multi-body parts for composite or hybrid fastening components.
