SAP PP / QM Consultant - Implementation & Support

Job Summary :

We are seeking experienced and driven SAP PP / QM Consultants with 4-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidates will possess deep expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules and a strong record of successful SAP implementations and post-go-live support.

As a PP / QM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering SAP solutions that optimize production processes and ensure high-quality standards.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design, configure, implement, and support SAP solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and configure SAP PP and SAP QM modules based on business needs and industry best practices.
• Conduct business requirement gathering sessions and convert them into detailed functional specifications.
• Design and execute test plans for unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing production support.
• Collaborate with other SAP module consultants (e.g., MM, SD, FI / CO) for seamless end-to-end business process integration.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve system issues, process inefficiencies, and functional challenges related to PP and QM.
• Participate in project lifecycle activities including planning, blueprinting, implementation, go-live, and support.
• Maintain and regularly update functional and technical Skills and Qualifications :
• Hands-on experience with SAP S / 4HANA is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of core PP processes such as demand planning, production orders, MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
• Strong understanding of QM processes, including quality planning, quality inspection, notifications, and quality certificates.
• Good understanding of integration touchpoints with MM, SD, and FI / CO modules.
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps related to PP and QM processes is a plus.
• Exposure to SAP Ariba is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with business and technical stakeholders
