Qualifications

• Essential :
• Proven experience in blockchain development with a strong understanding of core concepts like cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts
• Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language (e.g., Solidity, Rust, Python)
• Experience with one or more blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Solana)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to function both independently and collaboratively
• Desirable :
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Experience with blockchain-related tools and frameworks
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Blockchain Expert, Certified Ethereum Developer)
