Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sales targets : Setting and monitoring sales goals for the region and for each team member.
 - Sales team : Building, leading and mentoring the sales team in the North & East.
 - Sales strategy : Developing and implementing sales strategies for the region.
 - Customer relationships : Building and maintaining relationships with customers and growing the business.
 - Sales data : Relaying sales data and customer insights to operations teams.
 - Market research : Gathering research about the target market.
 - Process Excellence : Ensure adherence to the sales process and drive excellence through SFDC utilization.
 
Skills & Qualification :
