Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Sales targets : Setting and monitoring sales goals for the region and for each team member.
  • Sales team : Building, leading and mentoring the sales team in the North & East.
  • Sales strategy : Developing and implementing sales strategies for the region.
  • Customer relationships : Building and maintaining relationships with customers and growing the business.
  • Sales data : Relaying sales data and customer insights to operations teams.
  • Market research : Gathering research about the target market.
  • Process Excellence : Ensure adherence to the sales process and drive excellence through SFDC utilization.

Skills & Qualification :

  • Educational Background : UG & PG in Marketing.
  • Sales Expertise : Demonstrated success in sales management, particularly in B2B sales, with a proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Strategic Leadership : Strong leadership and team management skills with experience driving performance in medium to large organizations.
  • Analytical Acumen : Data-driven approach to decision-making with the ability to analyze trends and implement strategies effectively.
  • Experience : 13+ years in sales and business development roles, showcasing consistent growth and achievement.
