Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Article Assistant who is currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy and has cleared both groups in Inter. The role offers hands-on experience in core areas of auditing, taxation, accounting, and compliance, providing a strong foundation for a future Chartered Accountant.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in statutory and tax audits of companies, firms, and individuals across various industries.
• Conduct internal audits, bank audits and prepare audit documentation as per standards.
• Support in the preparation and filing of Income Tax returns, TDS returns, and GST returns.
• Handle bookkeeping, finalization of accounts, and reconciliation tasks.
• Assist in compliance and regulatory filings with ROC, MCA, and other authorities.
• Work on research assignments and support in drafting opinions on taxation and accounting matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and work papers as per firm protocols.
