Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Manager, located in Mumbai. The Technical Manager will be responsible for managing technical projects, providing technical support, and overseeing research and development (R&D) activities. The role includes leading and managing a team, ensuring project timelines are met, conducting technical analyses, and working collaboratively with other departments to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to conduct technical analyses
• Experience in Team Management and leading technical teams
• Proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D)
• Project Management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and resources effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Experience in the electronic test and measuring instruments industry is a plus
