CALYCO — Shopify Developer & Growth Intern (60–90 Days)
Mission
Port our current site to Shopify (DWELL theme) and build a performance marketing engine to drive sales. You'll own store UX, tracking, campaigns, and growth metrics end-to-end. Incentives kick in once sales start.
Key Responsibilities
- Migrate site to Shopify OS 2.0 (DWELL) : theme setup, sections, metafields, redirects, SEO hygiene.
- Stand up growth stack : GA4 + GTM, Meta Pixel, Google Ads / Merchant Center, Meta Commerce, Search Console.
- Launch + iterate campaigns : paid (Meta / Google), email / SMS (Klaviyo), onsite promos, landing pages, A / B tests.
- Optimize funnel : speed (Lighthouse ≥90), PDP / PLP UX, filters, swatches, checkout / quote flows, upsells.
- Reporting : dashboards for traffic, CVR, AOV, ROAS, CAC / payback; weekly growth plan and ship log.
Must-Have Skills
Shopify OS 2.0 / Liquid / JSON theme dev; DWELL or similar theme experience.Frontend chops (HTML / CSS / JS), section blocks, theme customizations without app bloat.Ad ops + attribution : GA4 / GTM, Pixels, product feeds, UTM discipline.Email / SMS flows : Klaviyo lists, segments, automations, templates.Commercial sense : price / promo strategy, margins, unit economics, offer testing.Nice-to-Have
Shopify Functions, theme app extensions, Search & Discovery, schema / SEO.CRO tooling (A / B), heatmaps, survey / intercept tools.Basic design handoff; collaborate with packaging / brand designer on creatives.KPIs (you will be measured on)
