• 6+ Yrs Exp mechanical design engineer. Preferably from Fire products design.
• Must have atleast 6 yrs exp in Product design.
• Creating concepts, mechanisms, coordinating Prototypes., FOT approvals, Production process awareness.
• Component Lifecycle management exposure
• Proficient in Injection molding design, Sheet metal designs and Castings
• Plastic material knowledge / selection criteria and application knowledge
• Good knowledge on Manufacturing process.
• Hands-on expertise in 3D modelling preferably Solidworks or Creo
• FEM simulation (atleast static) experience is preference,
• Good knowledge and practical experience in GD&T applications.
• Process knowledge of ECN / ECR and SAP PDM knowledge.
• Experience in Pneumatics and fluid dynamics is preferred.
• Very strong in first principles and fundamentals
• Mold and Tooling design knowledge is preferred
