Job Summary :

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Audit Manager / Assistant Manager to join our finance team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in statutory audits for both India and UK entities, along with hands-on knowledge of IFRS, IND-AS and UK GAAP. This is a key role within the finance function, offering exposure to international accounting standards and the opportunity to contribute to a robust audit and compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage statutory audits for India and UK entities in line with applicable accounting and auditing standards.
• Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements, audit reports, and related disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, IND-AS, UK GAAP, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Liaise with external auditors, internal teams, and key stakeholders to ensure timely audit completion.
• Oversee the entire audit lifecyclefrom planning and execution to documentation and reporting.
• Identify audit issues, assess associated risks, and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
• Support the CFO with audit-related insights, reporting, and compliance initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior audit staff, promoting a strong culture of governance and internal Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
