Kavaa Digital Factory is hiring a QAOps Engineer (Automation & Performance) to strengthen its Quality & Performance team.

Your mission You will play a central role in building an integrated testing strategy combining functional automation , performance testing , and continuous integration (CI / CD) .

Your goal : ensure scalability, reliability, and excellence across all digital products.

Main responsibilities Design and maintain automated UI, API, and integration tests (Selenium, Cypress, Postman).

Build and execute load and performance tests (JMeter, Gatling, k6).

Integrate all tests within CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Set up quality and performance dashboards using Grafana and Prometheus.

Collaborate with DevOps, Development, and Architecture teams to analyze performance bottlenecks.

Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs with stakeholders.

Contribute to the QAOps culture – continuous quality and observability mindset.

Technical skills Languages : C#, JavaScript, Python, or Java.

Automation : Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, SpecFlow / Cucumber.

Performance : JMeter, k6, or Gatling (one required).

CI / CD : Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI.

Environment : Docker, Kubernetes, Linux / Windows.

Monitoring : Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack.

Methodology : Agile, DevOps, QAOps.

Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.

3–6 years of experience in test automation and / or performance testing.

Understanding of CI / CD, cloud, and containerized environments.

Rigorous, curious, and collaborative mindset.

Fluent in English and professional French.
