Key Skills
✅ 10+ years of database and application development / support experience
✅ Strong SQL Language expertise (writing and optimizing queries)
✅ Hands-on experience in developing and troubleshooting
SSIS packages
✅ Experience in building reports / dashboards using
SSRS or Sisense
✅ Solid knowledge of
MS SQL Server & Data Modeling
✅ Familiarity with scripting languages like
Python
or
PowerShell
Role & Responsibilities
Lead the operations team – oversee job monitoring, scheduling, configuration, and maintenance of batch jobs
Act as the primary contact for user inquiries and issue resolution
Define and implement operational processes and best practices
Collaborate with product teams to resolve complex issues and bugs
Manage and troubleshoot SSIS packages, SQL queries, stored procedures, and automation scripts
Handle large data ingestion and manipulation using SQL Server tools
Conduct quality checks on data flow and ensure system integrity
Maintain high customer satisfaction through technical excellence and proactive support
