We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Administrative Assistant to join our team in a remote role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining digital marketing, content creation, and social media management with administrative and client support tasks.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) – create, schedule, and monitor posts.
- Assist with SEO, online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Design simple graphics, short animation videos, presentations, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva or other AI Tools.
- Conduct market research, keyword analysis, and competitor tracking.
- Monitor analytics and prepare reports on campaign performance.
Administrative
Manage calendars, email correspondence, and scheduling.Handle data entry, CRM updates, and document management.Assist with client communication, customer service, and follow-ups.Provide support in project coordination, reporting, and workflow management.Perform other general office and administrative duties as required.Qualifications
Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or administrative support preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.Familiarity with social media platforms, HubSpot, or similar tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.What We Offer
