Must be having Cartridge, pen injection making machine handling experience. Skills : Leadership, equipment handling, quality control, ERP usage.
Role Summary :
Supervise cartridge manufacturing and filling operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage production team.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and daily production plans.
- Monitor equipment and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain documentation.
- Enforce safety and GMP compliance.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency.
