We’re on the lookout for 3 full-stack engineers who actually likes JavaScript and React , not just tolerates them. You should have at least 3 years of experience building production-grade products that real people use.
We work with the T3 stack - React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, tRPC, and Prisma. You should already be comfortable with these tools and know how to build fast, scalable, and maintainable systems with them.
If you’ve played around with tools like Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code , or anything similar, great. We like people who use AI to move faster, as long as you still read, test, and think for yourself. Blindly trusting AI outputs is how bad code gets written twice.
RanceLab isn’t a startup experiment. We’ve been around for 30 years , with 200K installations across 50 countries in 25 languages . RanceLab powers businesses you’ve probably eaten at, stayed in, or bought from, even if you didn’t know it. Now we’re transforming that legacy into the next generation of AI-powered business platforms, built for speed, intelligence, and the decade ahead.
Here’s what the process looks like :
Work is mostly remote , with a team that actually gets things done without endless meetings.
If that sounds like a place you’d want to build at, send an email to careers@rancelab.com with :
Subject : Application for Senior Software Engineer – [Your Name]
Attach your CV or drop a portfolio link .
And in a few lines, tell us why you’d be a good fit for RanceLab .
If you’ve built something interesting with Next.js or AI APIs recently, mention it in your email.

We like engineers who take pride in their work, stay curious, and don’t settle for “good enough.”
How often do you get to modernize a product used by 2,000+ brands?
