Role Overview
You’ll lead this global council end-to-end. It’s a blend of strategy, partnerships, and business leadership. You’ll design high-value member experiences, drive community growth, and ensure this becomes a flagship gathering point for the world’s top AI and enterprise decision makers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Community Building
- Define and execute the vision, positioning and roadmap for the global council.
- Architect membership tiers, benefits and engagement programming across geographies.
- Build a strong foundation of enterprise AI leaders across BFSI, CPG, manufacturing, pharma and tech.
Partnerships and Business Leadership
Own P&L including membership revenue, renewals and collaboration revenue.Partner with internal research, events and editorial units to deliver member value.Drive alliances with tech firms, consulting companies and policy groups for expanded offerings.Engagement and Experience
Design unique leadership touchpoints like private roundtables, C-level dinners, and retreats.Deliver exclusive intelligence briefings, content and research for members.Lead digital community strategy including member portal and discussion channels.Brand and Thought Leadership
Represent the organization in global conversations around AI transformation and enterprise strategy.Moderate high-impact dialogues that influence the global AI narrative.Boost the visibility of members and the community through strategic storytelling.Team and Operations
Build and lead a small high-performing global team.Set up scalable systems for onboarding, CRM, content delivery and analytics.Ensure exceptional member satisfaction and long term retention.Ideal Candidate
Experience
15+ years in enterprise strategy, partnerships, CXO engagement or community leadership.Proven track record building premium executive communities or high-value networks.Strong understanding of the global AI and digital innovation ecosystem.Skills
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication.Strong business acumen and revenue ownership experience.Ability to create differentiated member experiences and strategic narratives.Mindset
