Job description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager / Team Lead to establish and manage our APAC delivery team in India. This is a player–coach role, responsible for managing two recruiters while also directly sourcing candidates for Singapore, Malaysia, and South East Asia. The Team Lead will oversee performance management, coach the team, and ensure delivery against client requirements in IT contract staffing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of 2 recruiters focused on sourcing candidates for APAC IT contract roles.
Actively deliver 3 personal placements per month in addition to managing team KPIs.
Plan, promote, and execute effective sourcing strategies.
Build and nurture a talent pool of IT professionals across SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other technologies.
Use various sourcing methods : database, networking, job boards, referrals, advertisements, LinkedIn, and headhunting.
Maintain strong candidate relationships through phone and email (no face-to-face).
Partner with Sales and RTM teams to align delivery with client demand.
Ensure accurate and timely use of K2K and Salesforce for all activities.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years recruitment experience (IT contract staffing preferred), with proven APAC sourcing exposure (Singapore, Malaysia, SEA).

At least 2 years of leadership experience, including KPI management.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to coach and lead in a fast-paced environment.
