About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced SAP SM (Service Management) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Service Management module in alignment with business requirements and best practices. You’ll play a key role in designing end-to-end service processes and integrating them across SAP modules and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP SM functionalities
- Configure SAP SM module, including service orders, service contracts, warranties, notifications, and customer service processes
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to design and implement solutions
- Provide support for SAP SM-related incidents, enhancements, and upgrades
- Conduct user training and create functional documentation
- Integrate SAP SM with modules like SD, MM, PM, and CRM
- Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations and / or rollouts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery and customer experience
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related fieldHands-on experience in SAP SM (Customer Service module)Strong knowledge of service order processing, warranties, returns, and repairsExperience with integration to SD, MM, PM modulesGood understanding of service processes in industries like Manufacturing, Automotive, or UtilitiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSAP certification in SM or related module (preferred)
