Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Front-End Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a solid command of Angular, React, CMS platforms (especially WordPress), and PHP , along with the capability to lead and mentor junior developers . You will play a critical role in building scalable, responsive web applications, collaborating with designers, backend developers, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a small team of front-end developers to deliver high-quality web projects on time.
  • Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular and React .
  • Customize and build WordPress themes and plugins based on project needs.
  • Integrate front-end components with PHP-based WordPress backends .
  • Collaborate with UI / UX designers to transform wireframes and mockups into functional web pages.
  • Ensure website compatibility across various browsers and devices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
  • Manage project tasks, track progress, and report status to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver prompt solutions.
  • Maintain code quality, security standards, and version control using Git .

Required Skills

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
  • Strong expertise in Angular and React.js .
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript , and jQuery .
  • Working knowledge of PHP , especially in a WordPress environment.
  • Familiarity with REST API integration.
  • Experience with Git for version control.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

    • Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with Elementor, WPBakery , or similar page builders.
  • Knowledge of SCSS , Bootstrap , or Tailwind CSS .
  • Basic understanding of MySQL and database concepts.
  • Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and deployment tools.
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.
