Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Receptionist role located in Pune. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, including answering and transferring calls, greeting visitors, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include performing clerical duties, such as filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. The Receptionist will also handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Qualifications

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
• Strong Clerical Skills and ability to handle administrative tasks
• Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site setting
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
