Job descriptionThe ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting the Employee Central module, with involvement in at least 2–3 full lifecycle projects. In-depth expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP), People Analytics (Story Reports), and integration with downstream modules and external systems via Integration Centre is essential. The role involves collaboration with global clients across multiple time zones, requiring flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including USA night shifts.
We are currently hiring for a SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) position on a contract-to-hire basis with 8-12 years of experience.
This opportunity is available in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, and Pune.
