Job description

About the Role

We are looking for a PEGA engineer with hands-on experience in Constellation architecture to design and build modern applications that are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop applications using PEGA Constellation architecture and DX APIs.
  • Build responsive UI components, workflows, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to PEGA best practices, coding standards, and guardrails.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to the team.

Qualifications

  • PEGA CSSA certification is mandatory.
  • Must have Pega Constellation Adoption badge.
  • Exposure to PEGA Infinity and latest versions.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on PEGA development experience with 1-2 years hands-on exposure to Constellation based development.
  • Strong knowledge of PEGA Constellation architecture, DX API, and App Studio.
  • Experience on UI / UX best practices in PEGA.
  • Experience on React / Angular based Pega components.
  • Expertise on Pega case management, decisioning, and integrations (REST / SOAP).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Exposure to PEGA Infinity and latest versions.

    • Required Skills

  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to Pega Strategic applications like CLM, SI etc.
  • Exposure to CI / CD and DevOps concepts.
  • Good knowledge on React / Angular based coding.
